Part-time Sales Internship (January 2024)
About the role:
As a Part-Time Sales Intern at TQL, you will gain firsthand experience working for a multi-billion-dollar leader in the logistics industry, training alongside one of our top performing Sales Representatives. By continuously exceeding expectations throughout the entirety of this internship program, you could have the opportunity to pursue a full-time career in sales at TQL upon graduating.

What you’ll be doing:
- Participate in weekly training topics such as sales methodology and mock call sessions
- Learn how to manage a successful account by working collaboratively with an experienced Sales Representative
- Build relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Conduct research and prospect for lead generation
- Provide solutions and efficiencies for real world problems within the logistics industry
- Learn the proper foundations and techniques to begin a successful career in sales
What you need:
- Current seniors, graduating in May 2024 from an accredited college/university
- Availability to work 20 hours a week in office at one of the following TQL locations: HQ in Eastgate, Erlanger or West Chester
- Passion and dedication to build a career in sales
- Student involvement and/or work experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills
