Med Device Rep - Junior Trauma Associate

Position Title: Junior Associate – Trauma Division

What you will do
·      Shadow sales associates, sales representatives, team members to gain insight into all aspects of job responsibilities
·      Assembling of instrument trays, preparing products for surgery, tracking inventory, maintaining records and assisting in the timely delivery and pick up of sets
·      Learn selling skills, processes, and surgical techniques through coaching/mentoring support from sales managers, representatives and associates
·      Surgical case coverage
·      Assist sales and operations teams with special projects as assigned
·      Participate in business planning with leadership
 
What you need
·      Bachelor’s Degree
·      Must be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizen
·      Strong interest in working in the medical device/orthopedic industry
·      Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
·      Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
·      Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
