Engineering Development Track
Are you seeking the opportunity to explore multiple areas of engineering early in your career? The Engineering Development Track is a rotational program for entry level engineers. Experience three different areas of engineering in your first three years of employment to help determine where your skills are best applied. Your rotations may include Applications, Design, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Research & Development, and Ariel Smart Compressor, and will be based upon your background, personality, skills, and interests, as well as Ariel’s business needs. 
This position is ideal for someone who is:
·        Knowledgeable – has a solid understanding of how heavy equipment is designed, built, and functions
·        Skilled – in basic engineering concepts like thermodynamics, strength of materials, stresses, etc.
·        Open minded – willing to explore different areas of engineering that may be out of your comfort zone
·        Passionate – about learning and retaining knowledge as you move from one rotation to the next
·        Detail-oriented – high attention to detail to best understand the full-circle process of how compressors are designed and produced
·        Inquisitive – asks timely and relevant questions to learn as much as possible during each rotation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study required
  • One (1) year of engineering experience preferred, including co-op or internship
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
