Internship/Co-op - Cleveland and New York Office

In other words, Vocon interns/co-ops do not fetch coffee, unless of course, it is for themselves! Role Description
Participate as a member of the project team. Help develop technical and design solutions under the direction of a senior architect/designer. Perform assignments while demonstrating an understanding of design methods, production of construction documents, material procurement and construction administration. Assist with specifications and research products.
- Proficient in computer aided drawing programs including Revit
- Proficient in presentation tools including Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of 3-D computer modeling skills (Sketchup, 3D Max, Rhino etc.) a plus
- Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, staff
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and staff
- Excellent organizational skills
