Learning Design Paid Internship

TiER1 Performance is looking for a full-time Learning Intern with a strong interest in exploring a career in consultative learning design. The internship is a paid position that lasts 3-4 months.
 
Responsibilities
Helping the project team with the following:
  • Brainstorm the learning design for a project(s) 
  • Research the best learning solutions 
  • Write training content for classroom or eLearning programs
  • Review, edit or test learning components to ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas, particularly in writing
  • University student typically pursuing a degree related to instructional design, professional writing or a related field
  • Understands key principles of learning design
  • Able to manage multiple projects/demands 
Preferred Location
This position can be based in Atlanta, GA; Cincinnati, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Pittsburgh, PA
