What You Will Do
We will accomplish many things at the same time with distributed teams and grow rapidly. Our company moves very fast, and the intern will play a key role to accelerate growth. As a Data Intern, you will work out of our Bridge Park office in Dublin, Ohio in an agile company with a no-nonsense culture and flat organizational structure. You will be expected to ramp into your role very quickly and manage several work streams independently
What You Will Gain
The ideal candidate will learn how tech powers e-commerce and media. Succeeding together will involve helping build out internal and external growth strategies at the intersection of e-commerce and media. Learning how monetization works and how to develop and edit content to drive revenue and profits will be one of the core skill areas.
As a Data Intern you will be interacting with strategic partners, and building skills and relationships across this fast growing ecosystem. You will report to our General Manager, and there is ample room to grow in the organization.
Skills: Must know how to leverage basic Python libraries and know SQL.
Responsibilities include:
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases

Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Pay - $15/hr, 40 hrs/week
