Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Supply Chain Operations Coordinator 
Norstar International is seeking an Entrepreneurial-minded Business Graduate interested in joining a fast paced rapidly growing business.  Looking for candidate who can multi-task and is ready to broaden their skills in Supply Chain Management to include ERP, Order Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement and Data Analytics. The overall objective is to assist in improving our supply chain and our performance with our current customers such as Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon, and Lowes and new customers.  The candidate will aid in developing processes for the growth, improved profitability for new and existing products and markets and on-boarding new channels. We are a rapidly growing company that is launching new, trending products with OE manufacturers, online and with distributors that requires a highly motivated leader to ensure zero defects to our customers and create a great customer experience to pave the way for our future growth. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Take an active role in interacting with our suppliers, warehouses, and customers to improve our performance to customers in on time, zero defect shipments.  
o   Learn to use NetSuite and Shipstation to manage orders.
o   Help to manage out of stock, drop ship vendors, and orders to assure they are assigned correctly and correct in our ERP system.
o   Large Order management for channel orders 
·       Work with our sales team to manage orders and coordinate shipping of those orders.
·       Customer Service to optimize our customer’s experience to include order updates and answering questions on our chats and emails. 
·       Customer Returns- Work with customers to understand their reason for return and coordinate the credit to them.  Analyze customer returns and lead the team to implement changes to reduce the overall cost of them.
QUALIFICATIONS
• BS in Business Administration or equivalent  
• Proven problem-solving skills and creative strategic-thinking skills
• Work independently or as part of a team to manage big picture priorities 
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills
• Identify business issues and facilitate solution development
 • Proficient in excel and spreadsheet analytics.
