Software Support Intern

Job Overview
Qwickly, Inc. is looking to hire a Software Support Intern to assist in supporting the Product and Development teams by documenting processes, developing support documentation, completing product QA and Tier 1 technical support. The Product Support Intern will also assist in data input and communication of technical issues to necessary stakeholders.

Reports To
The Software Support Intern will currently report to the CEO.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Document support processes and identify opportunities for mitigating support calls.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledgebase article library.
• Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Provide Tier 1 support for client base on all Qwickly, inc. Products.
• Escalate and/or communicate technical issues to development, design, sales, and other stakeholders based on necessity.
• Research and present on product support best practices.
• Provide quality assurance and testing to assist the development team in finalization of product/feature release.
• Assist in the scheduling and management of technical meetings both internally and externally.
• Take record of meeting notes and keep good documentation of items moving forward.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information
This position is for an onsite intern at our main headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. The internship requires the person to be in the office regularly to be successful.
There is some flexibility in schedule and start date. We are looking to work within the following framework:
Hours per week: Up to 20 hours/week.
End Date: December 31, 2021
For this position, we are offering $12.50/hour compensation.

A successful candidate may be offered opportunities to continue working for the company beyond the time period outlined above.
