Google Analytics Specialist

Google Analytics Specialist Job Description
Helium SEO is hiring a full-time Google Analytics Specialist to join our growing team and work out of our Blue Ash office. In this role, you will support multiple clients' Google Analytics accounts and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables. This person must have a thorough understanding of Google Analytics (from implementation to administration), and a passion for data. 
Role expectations include:
  • Evaluate client Google Analytics configurations and implementations
  • Methodically track test scenarios, optimizations, record learnings, and share widely across the team
  • Deliver consultative guidance on Google Analytics issue remediation 
  • Flawlessly create and maintain Google Data Studio dashboards 
  • Works closely with our team of Specialists to test new and different ways to improve campaign performance against objectives

Preferred Background
  • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Strong understanding of the reporting and administration of Google Analytics 
  • Experience with creating Data Studio dashboards following data visualization best practices
  • High level of understanding of Google Analytics settings, user permissions, goals, and event tracking strategies
  • Strong knowledge of other Google Marketing Platform solutions such as Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Google Analytics certified preferred
  • Contagious enthusiasm for the digital marketing industry and technologies

Required Skills
  • You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and see projects through to completion
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments in high-pressure environments
  • Proven ability to think through testing objectives, develop tests, track performance, and understand when enough data has been collected to make a determination
  • You are extremely self-aware and continually strive to improve your understanding of digital marketing and keep up with industry trends
