Heartfelt Tidbits is an organization that supports immigrants and refugees in the Cincinnati area. We assist with the “long welcome” to our country.
We are looking for an IT Intern to assist with the back-end operations of our organization.
This is a summer internship offered to Miami University Students. Work location, hours, and days are flexible.
Responsibilities
Some responsibilities might include, but are not limited to:
- Tech support
- Systems and Software Management
- Data Security
- Data analyzing
- Backups & Business Continuity
- Network Management
- Device Management
- Cloud Management
- IT Planning
- Researching and pitching of new effective ways to improve upon the functions and systems we have in place (example: a mobile fundraising app)
Qualifications
- High Ethical Standards
- Familiarity with Apple and HP products a plus
- Passionate about social causes
- Great attention to detail
- Desire to learn the things they don’t already know on the list above
