R2E (Youth) Program Instructor

Godman Guild Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1898 with a focus on helping to build better neighborhoods – one person, one family at a time. Godman Guild’s programs are for all ages and are built to provide a continuum of success and support, making it possible for participants to achieve their academic and career goals.
Godman Guild Association's (GGA) R2E Program is a virtual summer work readiness program for participants aged 14 -15. Participants experience training to prepare them for long term employment. Student Internships last 6 – 8 weeks. GGA is now hiring for Instructors to help support career development experiences for participating teens.
Essential functions: Provide online daily and weekly instruction to youth ages 14 and 15 in all areas related to work readiness skills.
a. Develop, facilitate and review work readiness activities including but not limited to the following: Business Communications, Goal Setting, Math, Reading, and Financial Literacy.
b. Review submitted lessons and work closely with R2E Job Coaches to identify ongoing needs of students.
c. Manage google classroom by maintaining classroom attendance, updating lessons and materials, respond to student inquires in a timely manner, and providing any necessary support to students unfamiliar with google classroom and other software programs
d. Collects and monitors data of each step in process, services, activities, progress and other outcomes as required by grants, funders and other contracts. This includes:
e. Submitting documentation to Supervisor for timely billing and submission to funders;
f. Maintaining complete client files on ongoing basis in compliance with funding and other contractual requirements;
g. Maintaining accurate program roster and daily attendance records;
h. Submitting reports as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
