Consumer Complaint Analyst - Quality Assurance

Consumer Complaint Analyst are vital to the success of our business at P&G. In this role, you will support the Consumer Complaints governance processes within the Consumer Complaints Management Organization. This role is responsible for assessing consumer complaints, summarizing, reporting the findings, and partnering with key internal Business Analysts, along with members/leaders from other influencers and businesses to drive improvements and increase customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:   
    * You must be 18 years of age or older
    * Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
    * Have administrative experience
    * Individual must be able to manage timeliness, focus on priorities, execute business plan and initiate action
    * Sets specific objectives and works to meet/exceed with sense of urgency
    * Looks to deliver timely results and effectively support the on-going management of the consumer complaint systems compliantly and effectively
    * Skilled with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 
Preferred Qualification: 
    * A two- or four-year degree or equivalent administrative experience
