Marketing Leadership Rotation Program- Undergraduate 2021

Program is right for you.

An intensive 24-month program designed to attract

and develop exceptional marketing talent. The program

consists of four, six-month rotations where participants

are given strategic developmental assignments in key

business functions within marketing, including brand

management, insights and analytics, communications,

strategy and innovation.

• Marketing assignments. You’ll participate

in assignments that will help you gain a

deep understanding of marketing as well as

the customers, products, business models,

strategies and people of Nationwide.

• Coaching and feedback. You’ll receive timely

and actionable feedback from leaders who

care about your career success.

• Developmental training. Extensive training is

provided from day one and reinforced through

the duration of the program.

• Professional and social networking.

You’ll have access to leaders at Nationwide

and networking opportunities across

the company.

• Community service component. We

strongly encourage you to participate in

organized service events to complement

your professional development with

personal growth.

For our Rotation program, our preference is for college

seniors who upon graduation have completed their

bachelor’s degree in marketing
