Internal Recruiting Intern
LaSalle Network is a leading staffing, recruiting, and culture firm dedicated to being the best in our industry. We are seeking dynamic college students interested in growing their career to join our team remotely as an Internal Recruiting Intern.
Our Internal Recruiting Intern will work closely with a dedicated team of recruiters and industry professionals in a high-energy, fast-paced, environment. Interns will work hands-on to support the team’s daily functions, including screening applicants, sourcing for quality candidates, and scheduling interviews. Our mission is to hire and retain the best internal staff in our industry; as such, successful candidates may receive a permanent job offer with LaSalle or post-internship job placement assistance at one of our 3,000 clients, ranging from Fortune 100’s to high-growth startups.
Internal Recruiting Intern Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
- Write job descriptions and post them to job boards
- Update our ATS (applicant tracking system) as applications are received
- Meet with leadership to understand internal hiring needs
- Work with HR department to ensure proper hiring paperwork is in process
Internal Recruiting Intern Requirements:
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree with an interest in recruiting
- Available to work remotely 10-15 hours/week
- Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and willingness to ask what more can be done
