Schneider Electric is actively looking to build a talent pipeline of 2020 and 2021 graduates to join our Schneider Graduate Program – Finance.

What do you get to do in this position? 

The Schneider Graduate Program - Finance, is a powerful and unique experience for top May/June 2021 undergraduates interested in a leadership career in Finance. In this program, you will have the opportunity to move through three rotations over the first 3 years of your career with Schneider Electric, spending 1 year in each rotation/location.
 
The goal of the program is to attract top financial-minded talent to develop future Finance leaders, through an accelerated learning environment with an emphasis on development and performance. These rotations will allow you to gain a broad range of experience in career paths in Finance, before finding your permanent role following the program.
 
Rotations in the program can include:

  • Global Supply Chain Finance
  • Center of Excellence
  • Commercial Controlling or Solutions & Services
 
Locations can include:
Franklin, TN,  Costa Mesa, CA,  Carrollton, TX,  Seneca, SC
Schaumburg, IL,   Smyrna, TN,  Lexington, KY,   El Paso, TX,
Columbia, SC, Columbia, MO

This job might be for you if: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area
  • GPA of 3.0+ preferred
  • Relevant internship experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Geographic mobility (locations vary by rotation)
  • This position is unable to provide visa support for international candidates, now or in the future
