Assistant Teacher Starting Wage: $15/hour, based on education and experience
Entry level positions Starting Wage: $12.00/hour
Assistant Teacher/Floater/Substitute Job Description:
Assistant Teachers work under the direction of a Lead Teacher and are a vital member of the classroom teaching team. They play and interact with young children to support their emotional and educational needs. Assistant Teachers with minimal education earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential during their first year of employment.
Entry Level Positions Available to all Kind, Caring Individuals!
Most Assistant Teacher positions are full time, however a few part time roles may be available.
Most Floater positions are part time.
Substitute positions are part time offering the greatest flexibility. You tell us when you can work!
