Seeking recent graduate in economics and related subjects.

This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Post-Secondary Students and Recent Graduates. You must have a bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited or pre-accredited college or university with at least 21 semester hours in economics. 

Responsibilities
• Analyze and evaluate and prepare final reports.
• Perform cost allocation for multiple-purpose projects to determine the proportion of project costs to be assigned to each project purpose.

Requirements
• Provide economic and social inputs to the plan formulation process, including projection of needs, assessment of impacts, and evaluation of alternative plans.
• Advise and consult other Planning and District elements concerning all economic aspects of water resources development.
• Negotiate the contract price, administers the contract to assure quality and timeliness to assure that misunderstandings are resolved and modification handled in accordance the regulation.
• Use financial management systems to develop, maintain, monitor, analyze and interpret data and incorporate into automated reports.

This not a telework position and relocation is not authorized. 

May be selected at GS-07 or GS-09 grade level with non-competitive promotion potential to target
grade GS-11.
