Supply Chain Associate - Leadership Development (Recent College Graduate)

Quest Diagnostics is seeking highly motivated university graduates who have studied in Supply Chain Management.

We’re looking for candidates who are excited by the opportunity of learning new aspects of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. 

The position will be primarily located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with up to 25% travel.

Basic qualifications:

·    Bachelor’s degree required, minimum GPA 3.2
·    0-2 years of relevant work experience
·    Majors: Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
·    Demonstrated academic achievement
·    Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
·    Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship
·    Outstanding work ethic
·    Agility/leadership potential
·    Ability to work in a technical environment
·    Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a variety of software such as Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
·    A supply chain or business related internship is helpful, not required
·    Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a variety of software such as Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
·    Ability to think strategically & creatively, and solve problems effectively & efficiently
·    Strong data analysis & business skills, including project management skills
·    Excellent interpersonal skills, communication & team building skills
·        Can deal with ambiguity and make decisions of good quality in a timely-manner
