Information Systems Specialist

Oversees and provides end-user support and troubleshooting related to the operation and maintenance of data processing

and telecommunications systems, equipment, and services. Provides analysis, coordination, and technical support for the voice and data telecommunications activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Troubleshoots information technology related problems and resolves or coordinates resolution.

2. Assists in the management, protection, and governance of data processing and telecommunications assets.

3. Ensures continuous, consistent, and efficient operation of data processing and telecommunications systems.

4. Provides program oversight, technical support, and local point of contact for the deployment of national systems,

applications, and networks, to ensure compliance with national system requirements
